Terms and Conditions for Schengen Visa Assistance Service

  • We specialize in facilitating Schengen visa appointments and providing documentation services. Our team is highly skilled, ensuring a high success rate in our services.
  • While we strive to assist you in the visa application process, please note that we do not have any control over the approval, rejection, or duration of your visa. The final decision lies with the embassy.
  • Our service fees vary depending on the chosen service. These fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Any amendments to your documentation will incur an additional service fee, the amount of which depends on the nature of the amendment.
  • Embassy fees, as well as fees for VFS/TLS and BLS services, are to be paid directly at the respective counters. These fees typically amount to £80 , plus additional charges for passport delivery and centre service fees.
  • We only do Premium services exclusively for Spain and the Netherlands visa centers. For Spain, an additional fee of £185 is required at the counter, in addition to our service fee. For the Netherlands, the additional fee is £160 you must pay at the counter.
  • Payment of the deposit signifies your acceptance of our terms and conditions.

Documents Required for Schengen Visa

A Schengen visa allows you the flexibility to visit all the European countries that belong to the Schengen Zone. Emiratis do not need a pre-approved visa to enter the Schengen Zone. But if you are a UAE resident not eligible for any Schengen visa exemption, you can apply for a Schengen visa from the embassy or visa center of the country you want to visit. Here are the documents that you need to submit while applying for a Schengen visa from the UAE:

  • Fully completed and signed Schengen visa application form
  • Two recent passport-size photographs (not older than 3 months)
  • Original passport with at least 3 months validity from the date of returning from the Schengen Zone (the passport should not be more than 10 years old)
  • Proof of accommodation: a hotel or hostel booking, a rental agreement, or an invitation letter from a host (a friend or family member)
  • Round-trip itinerary, including details like flight numbers, dates, and time
  • Proof of financial means: a bank account statement from the last 3 months, a sponsorship letter from the host who would be supporting you financially during your trip, or a combination of both
  • Travel insurance with a minimum of 30,000 Euros coverage
  • Proof of visa fee payment

  • There are certain restrictions for certain nationalities and age groups. These rules keep changing. If you fall under any of these categories, we will contact you.
  • Overstaying your visa is an offense. Any default in duration of stay will be fined.
  • The immigration reserves the right to carry additional checks which can result in delay beyond our control.
